Choose lightweight and loose silhouettes made from fabrics such as cotton, linen, eucalyptus, and bamboo. The loose silhouettes will help keep you cooler as they allow more air to circulate over and around your body. Do not wear tight clothes constructed from Spandex or other materials that aren't breathable, such as polyester.
